Also has a feature to escalate the issue to higher level staff in case of delay in trouble ticket processing as per the predefined settings done.

System is an extension of Outlook functionality to provide the facility for creating a request for booking the meeting room/ conference room. Meeting room Booking details is stored in Public Calendar on Exchange Server. During creating a request for meeting, user can add attendees for meeting and select required equipments e.g. projector. System will send an acknowledgment mail to attendees for meeting.
During booking the room, system checks the availability of Booking room and attendees.
